Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Orders are produced after checkout and then shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times vary based on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund where appropriate.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or ordering the wrong item.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
